However, it turns out that the real reason the name came about was a desire to produce versions of the <strong>White Falcon<\/strong> models and call the range <strong>White Penguin<\/strong>.  Original <strong>White Penguin<\/strong> models are quite rare, although Dave Gilmore had one in the 80&#8217;s, they didn&#8217;t produce that many. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current <strong>Peguin <\/strong>range are made in Indonisia at a reasonable cost but not cheap.  The model descibed here retails in the UK at around \u00a3460 and is described as a  <strong>Parlor style<\/strong> <strong>Electro acoustic guitar<\/strong> with onboard Fishman pickup, preamp and tuner. A solid spruce top, maple back and sides and rosewood fretboard provide a quailty acoustic sound.
