I recently visited this festival and unlike Glastonbury, there was no need to sleep in a field. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event is an annual festival dedicated to music in general and the Spanish Guitar in particular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a week, internationally renowned artists from different countries and of different genres come on stage. The festival strives to highlight the versatility and diversity of styles that the guitar embraces: classical, romantic, flamenco, jazz and contemporary. Appealing and attractive to the musical tastes of a wide audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event is organised by local guitarist and composer Paco Seco and a team of friends and family. Paco s a guitarist and an open, versatile and creative musician. His music is a result of much self-discipline and knowledge. Through discovery and adventure, he has reinterpreted his experiences into music accentuating his southern Spanish spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His music has taken him to the London Guitar Festival, Genoa Mediterranean Music Festival, Omis Guitar Festival, Sarajevo Sevdah Festival, Brno Guitar Festival, Buitengewoon Festival Doetinchem, Fiuggi Guitar Festival, San Remo International Guitar Festival, Tangier\u00b4s Music F\u00eate, Beem Cultural Centre of Lisbon, The Circle of Fine Arts in Madrid, International Festival of Music, & Dance of Granada, Elk Music Festival, the Royal Alcazar of Sevilla and many more venues.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
